Compensation
USU ArtsBridge faculty mentors will receive a maximum of $500 per USU ArtsBridge scholar mentored for a full 20-hour project. Honoraria will be determined by the length of the project and the level of faculty involvement in a project. Pilot projects and those with less faculty involvement will receive reduced honoraria. A minimum commitment of 12 hours of mentoring is required to receive a full honorarium. Faculty liaisons will receive a $75 honorarium per semester of service.
Payments are coordinated through the museum’s office manager, Rachel Hamm (797-1414 or rachel.hamm@usu.edu). The timely delivery of honoraria is dependent on your completion of all required paperwork within the deadlines dictated by Utah State University’s payroll system. Payments that do not meet the deadlines will be issued for the next cycle. See “Extra Service Compensation” worksheet for required paperwork.
